How It Started

Ryan and his team at October Property Group are all local to Connecticut and come from real estate and property-related backgrounds. Their experience is not just theoretical. It comes from working directly with properties across the state, dealing with the day-to-day realities of maintenance, tenant turnover, and seasonal demands.

The team understands how small maintenance issues can turn into larger problems if not handled on time. They have seen firsthand how difficult it can be for property owners to find dependable help for routine but essential work.
